Together, we'll begin by strengthening your connection to your Inner Authentic Voice (IAV)—the quiet, intuitive wisdom that often gets drowned out by fear, self-doubt, overthinking, and the expectations of others.
Using my practical framework, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, including the voice of your inner critic—what I call your barking dog. I'll help you recognize the patterns that are creating resistance, reflect back what may be operating beneath your conscious awareness, and guide you through practical tools to reconnect with your own inner knowing.
