My Story
I arrived in the United States at age three with my family, two suitcases, and parents determined to create a better future.
Like many high achievers, I learned early that hard work, achievement, and external validation were the path to security and success.
I earned my Doctorate in Pharmacy from UCSF, built a successful twenty-year career in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and led high-performing teams in corporate America.
Yet despite outward success, there was a quieter voice inside me:

After losing my mother and experiencing a corporate layoff in 2020, I stopped ignoring that whisper.
What followed became a journey back to myself.
Today, I help professionals reconnect with their Inner Authentic Voice so they can make aligned decisions without sacrificing the success they've worked so hard to build.

Life Beyond Work
Today, I split my time between San Francisco, Southern California, and the French countryside with my husband Matthieu, a cinematographer, and our beloved rescue dog Fredo.
You'll often find me walking Fredo in Golden Gate Park, connecting with friends over a good meal, journaling, hosting retreats in France, reading books on business, finance, consciousness, or cutting roses in our garden in France.
